Cakes and breads made by this flour are fluffy, soft, smooth and with no strange after-taste. This is possible because it’s milled by using our special milling technology. It also gives deep-fried foods a crispy texture and makes it possible to prepare healthy deep-fried foods because it absorbs less fat.

RECIPE

Gluten-Free Bread (Bread Machine)
Gluten-Free Bread (Bread Machine)

Ingredients

  • 300g  All Purpose Baking Mix –A
  • 25g sugar –A
  • 6g salt –A
  • 3g instant dry yeast –A
  • 25g rice bran oil or vegetable oil
  • 270ml water
Directions

1.In a bowl, mix A well.

2.Place in the order of the water, rice bran oil or vegetable oil, and A into the pan of the bread machine.

3.Select “rapid bake setting” or “white rice flour bread setting”, and press Start.

(Follow the manufacturer’s directions.)

4.Remove the baked bread from the pan immediately and cool on wire rack.

Ingredients

  • 35g (4-2/3 Tbsp) Superfine White Rice Flour
  • 300cc (1-1/4 cups) milk
  • 3g (1/2 tsp) salt
  • a pinch of pepper
Directions

1.In a bowl, mix all ingredients until lump-free.

2.Put in a frying pan and cook over low heat; stir with whisk slowly until it becomes creamy.

Use for Gratin, Stew, Lasagna!

Ingredients

[Makes 30 cookies]

  • 0.5cup unsalted butter —A
  • 1cup sugar —A
  • 0.5tsp salt —A
  • 2 medium eggs, beaten
  • 1bag Superfine White Rice FlourB
  • 1tsp baking powder —B
  • 1cup chocolate chips
Directions

1.Preheat oven to 338 °F.

2.In a bowl, cream together A.

3.Add egg a little at a time and mix well.

4.Sift together B; stir into the creamed mixture.

5.Add chocolate chips.

6.Drop the cookie dough by rounded spoonfuls on lightly-oiled baking sheets.

7.Bake for 25 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown.

  • 1bag Superfine White Rice FlourA
  • 1cup sugar —A
  • 1.5tsp baking powder —A
  • 1cup butter or margarine, melted —B
  • 4 large eggs, beaten —B
  • 2.5Tbsp milk —B
Directions

1.Preheat oven to 356 °F.

2.In a bowl, sift together A.

3.Add B and whisk well, then let it rise for about 30 minutes.

4.Spoon into lightly-oiled muffin tins or muffin cups until 3/4 full.

5.Bake for 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the muffin comes out clean.

  • 1cup margarine —A
  • 0.7cup sugar —A
  • 1bag Superfine Brown Rice FlourB
  • 3cups almond powder —B
Directions

1.Preheat oven to 356 °F.

2.In a bowl, combine A until almost white.

3.Sift together B; stir into the mixture.

4.Roll out the dough to 1/4 inch thickness.

5.Cut out cookies in any shape desired and place them on lightly-oiled baking sheets.

6.Bake for 25 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown.

7.Wait until the cookies get cooler, then remove carefully to wire rack.

Directions

1.In a bowl, combine A.

2.Sift together B; stir into the mixture.

3.Heat a lightly-oiled griddle or frying pan over low heat, then pour the batter.

4.Cook until bubbles appear on the surface, about 2 minutes.

5.Flip carefully and cook until browned on the underside, about 1 minute more.

  • 3 medium eggs
  • 5tsp milk
  • 1bag Baked Doughnut Mix
  • 6Tbsp unsalted butter, melted

1.Preheat the baked doughnut maker.

2.In a bowl, mix egg and milk well.

3.Add Baked Doughnut Mix a little at a time and mix well until completely smooth.

4.Add butter a little at a time and mix well.

5.Fill a pastry bag or plastic bag with the batter and cut tip/corner.

6.Fill each of the lightly-oiled doughnut rings full with the batter quickly.

7.Close the top of the doughnut maker, and let cook about 3 minutes.

*Use oven : Fill the lightly-oiled doughnut pan 3/4 full with the batter.
Bake at 356 °F for 20 minutes, or until the doughnuts are golden brown.

2.Let it rise for about 10 minutes.

3.Heat a lightly-oiled griddle or frying pan over low heat, then pour the batter.
